What is the status of my order?
To check your order status, simply log into your account and click "Order History."
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.
Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your productβs warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.

Do you ship overseas?
We are currently operating with our standard shipment processing times, but due to high order volumes and carrier delays, some deliveries may arrive later than expected. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or refund orders or shipping fees after an order has been processed, left our facility, or is in possession of the carrier.
Do you ship internationaly?
We offer FREE Worldwide Express Delivery on all orders overΒ $75.00 USD.
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are not supported.
If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued.
What if my product is damaged or defective?
We hope everything that you order from us is perfect, but if something isnβt quite right, a free replacement or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to the dreamingtoreality@outlook.com support email indicated in your order confirmation emailΒ within 30 days of product delivery, along with the required photo proof.Β
